Refund Policy

At Urban Halo, we take pride in every piece we drop. Your satisfaction is everything to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following must apply:

Your request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
The item is in its original packaging.
You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale or final sale items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items missing original tags or packaging
Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urbanhalocustomercare@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email urbanhalocustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process it after we initiate the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues subject to stock availability. Contact us at urbanhalocustomercare@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been fulfilled yet. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. Email us immediately if you need to cancel.
