📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high order volumes or special drops, processing time may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Local (Nigeria): 3–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

🧵 Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Some Urban Halo items are produced on demand through our production partners. This means your item is printed and prepared specifically for your order before shipping.

📍 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

You can track your order through the carrier or via your Shopify order page.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Urban Halo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
