All Urban Halo pieces are made on demand — crafted with intention, not mass-produced. Please allow time for your order to be fulfilled with the quality it deserves.

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch (where available)
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime at Track Your Order.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because every Urban Halo piece is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective — we will make it right. No questions asked.

  • Report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Email us at urbanhalocustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
